Join Kristen Hansen as she is presenting for the Macquarie Business School, Corporate & Professional Education webinar series on The Neuroscience of Leadership. It is a Live Interactive Virtual learning experience where you will learn how to improve your leadership skills by understanding the brain as well as the ability to engage and develop team members through effective coaching.

It will explore the latest neuroscience research utilising NeuroTREAD framework on how to Think, Regulate, Engage, Adapt and Develop with the brain in mind. Participants will learn some strategies to improve decision making, resilience, stress management, engagement, coaching and leading through change.
